In 2011, I.S.A.R. Germany operated twice in East Africa. In July and September approximately six tons of relief supplies were delivered to Dadaab's refugee camp in Kenya
Libyan Humanitarian Crisis in 2011
I.S.A.R. Germany delivered about a ton of medical relief supplies to the Tunisian civil protection agency in March 2011 in order to attend to Libyan refugees.
Cholera Epidemic in Haiti 2010
In 2010, I.S.A.R. Germany ran another humanitarian mission in Haiti. Following the disastrous consequences of January's earthquake, the Haitian population was in urgent need of medical relief supplies to cope with an outbreak of cholera.

The peruvian government called for international help after a violent earthquake hit Peru on 15.08.2007. Almost 90% of the city was destroyed after the earthquake.
Involvement in Pakistan 2005
On 08.10.2005, Pakistan was struck by one of the most deadly earthquakes of the last 100 years. The government counted the death toll of the earthquake victims to be at approximately 85,000.
Rebuilding of a Thai village in 2005
A delegation of I.S.A.R. Germany visited the thai village of Ban Bangsak in January after the flooding in 2004. Their goal was to ensure that the donations reached the victims.
Participation in Thailand 2004
A Tsunami coming in from the Indian Ocean, hit the small island of Phuket on the 26. of December 2004. This was the first test that the I.S.A.R Germany was put to as a relief and aid organization.
